I strive to introduce my children, and my students, to books and things that were impactful to me when I was young. One story was Peter Rabbit. The original story of Peter Rabbit was written by Beatrix Potter. There have been various versions, books and movies made based on the story over the years. Kids love the story of Peter! For whatever study or activity you do with Peter Rabbit you can easily add this free word search. There’s no prep involved, just print and play.
Word searches are a great way to encourage spelling and letter recognition. The words are all related and important to the story of Peter Rabbit. Add some fun to your children’s learning with this activity.

Free Peter Rabbit Printable Activity
The printable word search is included in color and black and white. You can print whichever copy you want. The black and white copy is great to save ink, and after using it in my classroom I realized that was also the preference for kids. Once they completed their word search they then started coloring the images on the page.
Another option with this word search is to laminate it. Once laminated, it can be used as a classroom center that various children can use, over and over again.
Peter Rabbit Activity Idea
